Do you have a showroom?

No, we do not have a showroom. We are an online furniture retailer which means we can offer the best prices at an unbeatable value for every single item available online at Wood Home. We try to provide as many detailed photos as possible to assist you with your decision to purchase. How does Wood Home offer prices on furniture much lower than other furniture retailers?

You are buying directly from the makers and bypassing all the middlemen. As a result all the savings are passed to you, which means great quality furniture at amazingly low prices.

When will my order arrive?

Normally items will be delivered within 2-3 weeks. Production and delivery of some items, especially custom made furniture, could take about 4 weeks.

Could you dispose my old furniture?

Sorry but we don’t have disposal service for used furniture.

What is your delivery charge?

Wood Home offers free shipping on the orders over $8000 HKD within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories if access to the elevator is available. 

If walk up needed, the charge as follows:

    1/F – HKD 100

    2/F – HKD 200

    3/F – HKD 300

    4/F – HKD 400

    5/F – up:  Special quotation on request

Do you provide any installation service?

Our prices do not include any installation services. The installation fee is $400 per order/piece.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through bank deposit, credit cards and PayPal.
