Delivery Policy（Hong Kong)

• In general, we do not keep any stocks. Most orders are made to order and require a fabrication lead time of approximately 2-3 weeks. Except for the custom made products, it might need an extra 1-2 weeks. Once your order has arrived to warehouse, our delivery team will contact you by phone / Email / WhatsApp to set a delivery appointment.
  
• Storage Fee – Woodhome have limited storage facilities in Hong Kong, as a result we can only keep your order for 30 days in our Hong Kong warehouse, unless we have make an confirmation by E-mail: [email protected] ; hence, if the order still can not be dispatched to your delivery address, we will charge HKD 50/day/per CBM(cubic meter)/per order, which depends on the quantities of the order.
  
• Not present to received the goods – If you are not no show during the delivery time slot stated, our delivery team will return the items to our warehouse. We will reschedule the delivery date, with an additional delivery charge of HKD$500.
  
• FREE SHIPPING – For the order is over $10,000 HKD within the below area, :
  – Hong Kong Island
  – Kowloon
  – New Territories
  
• Delivery outside of Hong Kong – We could arrange deliver to other countries (Like Macau and China), but it will need to quote for the shipment cost on a case-by-case basis.
  
• Door to Door Delivery Service – This is available at a designated delivery fee depending on the delivery location. This one-off fee is fixed, no matter how many products we are delivering to you. Please kindly note that all delivery fees quoted here are for reference only and are subject to change depending on the actual circumstances.

• For Macau delivery – Due to the limitation of our delivery team, we are only able to deliver goods to ground floors with truck accessibility. We do not offer assembly and installation services in Macau. Customers must arrange for their own assembly and installation if necessary.
  
• Walk-up surcharge – Delivery Fee excludes walk ups, walk downs, areas inaccessible by private car or areas that require a special permit/license. All items not transportable using the lift at your building because of size or speicial permit limitations. The charge will be as follows, according to the size of the delivered item and the number of stairs required to walk up:

• If you order a large piece of furniture, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to notify us of your lift dimensions. If you are unsure if an item will fit your lift, door, corridor or staircase, please send us the dimensions PRIOR to ordering so that we can check if the item will fit. If it will not fit we can tailor make the size to fit your lift or offer an alternate similar suggestion. 
  
• Please note our delivery team has the right to refuse to deliver in situations they feel could result in personal injury, product or residence damage. This includes special sanitary now. It is the safety of our customers and our employees. 
  
• Please note that our delivery service has certain restrictions and limitations. We are unable to provide delivery to the following locations:
  1. Restricted areas
  2. Roads that prohibit trucks weighing 5.5 tons or above
  3. Exhibition sites
  4. Boat houses/boats
  5. Construction sites
  6. Container terminal
  7. Addresses where goods delivery requires access through the balcony
  8. Locations that are not feasible for goods delivery
  
• Furniture Disposal – We does not provide any furniture disposal service, however, our delivery teams may be happy to help for an additional fee.  Please inform us your request for disposal prior to delivery so that the delivery teams can give you a quotation in advance. 

Installation Policy（Hong Kong)

• Professional furniture installation service – Your order will be delivered inside the room with our professional team. They will unpack, install and place your furniture into position.
  
• Installation Fee: $500/Per Order
  
• Installation Fee EXCLUDES installation of all lighting. At this time we cannot make modification to your interior including but not limited to drilling into your wall, ceiling or floor. This service should be performed by a certified electrician.
